Created in 2021, Profesp acts in the training of professionals who work in the three levels of management of the Unified Health System (SUS) - preparation, surveillance and response to public health emergencies.

Training actions aimed at SUS professionals, in the short term, show results in their professional activities in terms of improving technical performance and reducing procedural failures, strengthening the appreciation of science as a source of knowledge. By promoting the training and improvement of professionals, Profesp contributes to making the generation and dissemination of knowledge in the field of public health emergencies available to an ever-increasing number of people.
